The Warrant Officer advises on the morale, welfare, and discipline of cadets within the unit while providing professional development guidance to NCOs. They monitor compliance with the NZCF Code of Conduct, ensure standards of dress and duty performance, and maintain strong professional relationships. They also mentor cadets and SNCOs, preparing them for any authorized activities.
Flight Sergeants are responsible for ensuring the health, welfare, and personal and dress standards of Cadets and Junior/Senior NCOs, while assisting them with any problems they may have. They performs various duties, helping the Unit Warrant Officer manage the Senior NCOswhen required. They must also take notes during inspections and complete additional tasks as assigned by the Unit Warrant Officer.
Sergeants ensure the health, welfare, and personal and dress standards of Cadets and Junior NCOs, while assisting them with any problems they may have. They are responsible for managing their flights and completing various duties such as Duty NCO, Flight Senior NCO, when required. They must also take notes during inspections and complete additional tasks as assigned by the Unit Warrant Officer or Flight Sergeants.
Corporals ensure the health, welfare, and dress and bearing standards of Cadets, assists them with problems, and deliver lessons. It also involves performing duties such as Duty NCO and Marker or Flight Senior NCO, and taking notes during inspections. Additional tasks are assigned by the Unit Warrant Officer.
